Host Set Go Operational Framework | Version 2.6

1. Hub Terminal Activation

By registering a hub on the Host Set Go network, you agree to provide authentic identity credentials. Our system acts as a secure, proprietary environment designed exclusively for high-fidelity parking management operations.

2. Data Sovereignty & Protection

All operational data within your terminal is protected by our industrial security protocols. Host Set Go guarantees that no data leaks will occur and that your information will be used solely for internal company optimization. Your data is safe, secure, and never shared with external parties.

3. Subscription & Refund Protocol

Refund Eligibility Threshold:

  • Refund requests must be initiated on the exact same day as the transaction.
  • Requests submitted from the next day onwards will be deemed ineligible for processing.
  • The standard temporal period for refund localization is 7 Working Days.

4. Operational Integrity

Facility managers are responsible for maintaining the security of their terminal access keys. Any unauthorized manipulation of logs will result in immediate hub deactivation to preserve the system's global security status.

5. System Safe-Guards

Host Set Go reserves the right to implement automatic security patches to ensure all terminals remain safe and secure. These updates are mandatory to prevent any potential data leaks across the network.
